Details: My 1985 Cadillac is up for sale (not an 84 like I originally thought). It has 33,631 miles (as of 5/4/2012). The interior is perfect, not even a crack in the dash! It has blue leather interior with a silver exterior. This is a unique model, its the first year of the ´mini´ Caddys, but it is a 1985 WITHOUT a center light in the rear. It must have come out in late 1984.NOTE: IF THIS AD IS UP, THE CAR IS STILL AVAILABLE. AGAIN, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO 1-LINE EMAILS!Prior to my purchase, it had extensive work done to the car. I have a folder full of the original documentation. All the air suspension has been replaced. The A/C was converted to the new R124 stuff. The gastank and lines were completely redone. The radiator was replaced as were all the hoses. The brakes were completely redone. I even have the handwritten letter from the previous owner when he shipped it to Denver.However, the car´s body is not perfect, it has a few nicks and scrapes. You can tell the elderly gentleman probably should not have been driving as it looks like he scraped his garage a few times. Its not bad, but its not perfect.After I got the car, I did a few things to make it more up-to-date. Even though the sparkplugs were new, I replaced the spark plugs with iridiums and spark plug wires just because I wanted it bullet proof. I rebuilt the alternator due to a bad board / diode. I put new tires on it since the ones on the car were from 1996. I even changed the oil to Mobil 1 when I bought it and then changed it again at 30,000 miles just to be cautious.Here´s the story on the car. An elderly gentleman willed this car to his grandson in Denver AND left money to get it fixed so the the car would stay in the family. The grandson spent a lot of that money restoring the car but evidently, it wasn´t ´cool´ enough.The car had 28,500 miles when I purchased it, I´ve only put 5,000 miles on it n the last 2 years. Keep in mind that it´s a snail so it won´t win any races but its very very comfortable and rides GREAT! It gets around 20 MPG for me (have a log of miles and EVERY fill up), but keep in mind it likes the highway and not the city.I have the title with no liens. Test drives can be arranged in my neighborhood. While I certainly do not mind if you want a mechanic to look at it, I will drive it to your mechanic and will be with the car at all times.The best way to reach me is via email. Details: My 1985 Cadillac is up for sale (not an 84 like I originally thought). It has 33,631 miles (as of 5/4/2012). The interior is perfect, not even a crack in the dash! It has blue leather interior with a silver exterior. This is a unique model, its the first year of the ´mini´ Caddys, but it is a 1985 WITHOUT a center light in the rear. It must have come out in late 1984.NOTE: IF THIS AD IS UP, THE CAR IS STILL AVAILABLE. AGAIN, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO 1-LINE EMAILS!Prior to my purchase, it had extensive work done to the car. I have a folder full of the original documentation. All the air suspension has been replaced. The A/C was converted to the new R124 stuff. The gastank and lines were completely redone. The radiator was replaced as were all the hoses. The brakes were completely redone. I even have the handwritten letter from the previous owner when he shipped it to Denver.However, the car´s body is not perfect, it has a few nicks and scrapes. You can tell the elderly gentleman probably should not have been driving as it looks like he scraped his garage a few times. Its not bad, but its not perfect.After I got the car, I did a few things to make it more up-to-date. Even though the sparkplugs were new, I replaced the spark plugs with iridiums and spark plug wires just because I wanted it bullet proof. I rebuilt the alternator due to a bad board / diode. I put new tires on it since the ones on the car were from 1996. I even changed the oil to Mobil 1 when I bought it and then changed it again at 30,000 miles just to be cautious.Here´s the story on the car. An elderly gentleman willed this car to his grandson in Denver AND left money to get it fixed so the the car would stay in the family. The grandson spent a lot of that money restoring the car but evidently, it wasn´t ´cool´ enough.The car had 28,500 miles when I purchased it, I´ve only put 5,000 miles on it n the last 2 years. Keep in mind that it´s a snail so it won´t win any races but its very very comfortable and rides GREAT! It gets around 20 MPG for me (have a log of miles and EVERY fill up), but keep in mind it likes the highway and not the city.I have the title with no liens. Test drives can be arranged in my neighborhood. While I certainly do not mind if you want a mechanic to look at it, I will drive it to your mechanic and will be with the car at all times.The best way to reach me is via email.
