Details: 1942 Cadillac 61 Series 4 door. This is an on going project and will be a nice car when finished. All major body work completed, except for hood needs cleaned and painted (has been started) and a few smaller items. Body has some blemishes. Been subframed with a 72 Nova front end which has been rebuilt, has a 74 rebuilt 455 Pontiac engine (runs) no miles on rebuild, 76ish TH400 Auto tranmission (shifter installed in dash), new drive shaft and a Camero rearend. Chevy tilt steering column installed. Fuel tank has bee professionally redone, radaiator cleaned and repaired. New 21 fuse panel installed and car is wired, dash modified with chevy truck dash so 5 inch round gauges could be installed. Has Dolphin quad gauges installed. Car has been insulated / sound proofed and carpet installed on floor. Things that still need completed:1. exhaust and mufflers2. front end aligned3. complete interrior - seats, headliner, kick panels4. accessories installed and wired (pig tails are in harness) AC/Heat, Radio, dome light switches, etc5. all chrome -- alot of it needs cleaned / repaired and rechromed6. all glass (new glass, channels and rubber has been purchased), seals7. door regulators, glass channels etc8. odds and ends - some minor wiring to be finished .....................Car is currently black tagged and has a clear OK title. I am currently working on the car. This is a comple car.
