Details: 1950 Series 62 Cadillac. I found this sitting in a garage for the past twenty years. The engine was seized. I dropped in a 429/C6 combo with new torque converter. The 429 is from a 67 T-bird and probably has about 45-50,000 miles, I bought the C6 used and was told that it only had 7900 miles on a rebuild. New 3´ drive-line. 429 has new fuel pump, new ceramic coated hooker block hugger headers, Pertronix flame thrower electronic ignition billet distributor/40,000 volt coil, excel spark plug wires, Summit 750 cfm street and strip carb, new oil pump and rear sump pickup. 2.5 inch Flowmaster dual exhuast, cherry bomb mufflers. New 1 wire alternator and billet aluminum bracket. New 12 volt battery and wiring. New electric fan. Headlights/taillights/brake lights all work. The wiring is there for the blinkers but not hooked up. The original gas gauge works with new oil pump/water temp guages that both work, there is a new volt meter but it´s not hooked up. The new wiring harness is a twelve circuit mini breaker unit and has enough circuits available for a radio and electric windows and a couple accessories. New wide whites/Buick hubcaps. ZERO rust. The car isn´t show quality or anything but looks and drives great. I´ve been using it as a daily driver. Runs cool 160-180 freeway and city. Brakes all work great and the steering feels almost like power steering. All of the steering/suspension was in amazing shape, worm gear is tight and none of the bushings in the steering were even cracking. There isn´t any key for the trunk and there is a 12X12 hole in the tunnel that needs to be filled in that was necessary for the transmission swap. Sounds awesome and gets up and goes. The car was kept in the back yard, when I first bought the car, it had a bunch of spider webs, dust, leafs. It was never really driven and I´m assuming due to paint job that was done to the car, it must have had been hit on the left rear side door & driver door because there is scratches on the door pillars. Interior/Exterior is clean as well. I wax and polish the car every weekend, including the dashboards, carpet and leather seats. Cadillac runs great and NO problems at all; you can hit 120mph with no problem. Serious buyers only!!!Due to the scratches on the car, I will be willing to negotiate ONLY due to the scratches (paint job) don´t waste your time low balling. Retail price on Kelley Blue is around $11,000 all depending on the conditions of the car.
