The car has now found me back with only 15k on the odometer.This is a rare car, not just for the miles but for the color combo of silver over dk. blue leather and a factory and still original dk. blue convertible top.The story on this car is as follows; this was a north NY Car, that was owned by an older lady; whom drove the car sparingly. the end of her driving culminated when she drove this car through a barbed wire fence. The car from that point was parked with the deep scratches in the paint and cuts still present in the original top. ( I have the pics) This is when a fellow hobbyist found the car and sold it to me with 7,000 miles. I sold it after a while to a man who simply loved and used it just a bit to get it to the present day 15,000+. He had the car painted and it look decent; but this car should have a show paint job; but certainly can be used and driven as is. Details: The most comfortable car you will ever drive. They literally just don´t make them like this anymore. This is the last of the Fleetwood Broughams. After 80 years of making Fleetwoods, Cadillac ceased production of this car in 1996. This just car floats down the road. It is the ultimate in luxury. And it has a 260 hp 350 V8. It is the LT1 engine which is the same engine from the Corvette. The most comfortable car you will ever drive. And it has a 260 hp 350 V8. It is the LT1 engine which is the same engine from the Corvette. Power everything. The interior of the Fleetwood Brougham is every bit as traditional as the exterior. There are few sedans made that have more interior space. Front and rear shoulder room is well over five feet. The softly padded bench seats are opulently upholstered with leather. The front seats have integral heating elements and adjustable lumbar support. Each side of the front seat is separately adjustable, and there is a center armrest with dual cupholders, CD and cassette storage, and space for a cellular phone. The door panels and dashboard are finished with padded leather and wood trim. The seats, windows, door locks, and mirrors are power operated. There is a six speaker Delco AM/FM/cassette sound system.If you email me I will email you back with a review that Autoweek of this car in 1996. It explains it pretty well and has a lot more information.The car is in very good condition mechanically. In last year I had a new fuel pump and a new fuel tank installed. I also had a new master cylinder installed and new brakes. I also had a Mass Air Flow Sensor replaced and Coolant Temperature Sensor replaced. I also had the car tuned up. In retrospect I should have sold the car a year ago. I spent almost $2000 on the car in the last year because I was planning on keeping the car for awhile. It does runs like a dream now. The engine purrs like a kitten. When you hit the gas the car surges. It is a Tiger. Big and Very Powerful.I just had some body work done to the car. I am having the car detailed and then I am going to take some pictures and videos which I will post.The mileage is 137,500 which means the engine should run for another 200,000 miles. The big V8s run forever. A lot of the mileage was highway mileage. My brother had the car before me and he used to live in Pittsburgh and he would drive back and forth to Philly almost every week. It is a Great car especially on the road. It runs like a dream and the highway mileage is actually pretty good for a car this size.
