A great car for day trips, cross-country or commuting. The car was originally leased in Michigan and we purchased it from Moore Cadillac in 2001 with 17,900 miles. Have all service records since purchase. From Kelly Blue Book´s definitions, it fits well within the ´Very Good´ category concerning the mechanicals and finish. It has never been in an accident, and aside from some rock chips on the painted front bumper, the finish is beautiful. I have kept it waxed and it has been garaged for the 12 years years we´ve owned it. None of us smoke and don´t believe the previous owner did either.In December 2010, I upgraded the stereo head unit to a Kenwood Excelon DNX6960, kept the stock Bose speakers and Bose amplifier for the four main cabin speakers and added a JL Audio 13´ shallow subwoofer and 600-watt dedicated JL amplifier to power the sub in its own custom box (in the trunk). This head unit has a single CD/DVD drive, Garmin navigation, with the iPod/USB connector extended into the center console (so the iPod is out of view). With the stereo upgrade, we also installed a car battery, suited to car stereo usage. The Kenwood also includes Bluetooth so you have handsfree cell phone usage with a hidden microphone and voice through the speakers. This system was installed by ´MySafe and Sound´ in Manassas.Front seats are leather and heated, and feel more like furniture than car seats. Both front seats are powered in every direction, including lumbar. This car is great for long-legged drivers, too (I´m 6´ tall), with two memory modes for driving and upon exit! Rear seats are super comfy for anyone who has to sit back there; I used to. The car has one of the best interior temperature thermostats I´ve experienced: Set it at 70 inside and it feels like 70 degrees F. It does have (limited) dual climate control with fan control in the backseat.I live in the country and work part of the week in Alexandria, and can vouch for repeated average mpg´s of 24 for these commuting miles. Contrary to what it says on the dashboard (Premium Unleaded only) and on authority from a Moore Cadillac lead mechanic, this car runs well on mid-grade (89 octane) gasoline.I´m flexible on the price and accept cashier´s check (but will hold car till it clears); will knock off $200 if paid in cash.
