I have never not been able to negotiate a trail, or make it through any sloppy stuff. I have never been one for mud bogging because it really wears out parts and I hate cleaning mud out of the undercarriage! I have always wheeled this thing responsibly and never beat on it, I´m too poor to be replacing parts left and right. The best time to wheel this thing is late fall or early spring when the ground is super soft and sloppy! The super swampers with the v8 power and the legendary Jeep four wheel drive make this thing impossible to stop! I have amazed myself with this Jeeps ability to make it through, up and around anything. I have had over a decade of great times with this Jeep, but I just got married and need to start getting rid of the toys. Aftermarket Parts: SuperSwamper LTB 31x11.5x15 bias tires on steel wheels. 2 are brand new, 2 have 50% tread. MileMarker 9500lb electric winch with remote control. 2´ coil spring spacer lift. Kevins Off Road front adjustable trac-bar (allows full articulation of passenger front wheel), Tom Woods front driveshaft, JKS front swaybar disconnects (best on the market!), transfer case skidplate, air-ride rear air suspension support with on board compressor, air gauge and remote activation switch (boosts up rear coils so when you load up the Jeep with people and gear to hit the trail, the rear end isn´t sagging and bottoming out), Rockford Fosgate cd/mp3 head unit with mb quart speakers all around powered by a PPI and Rockford amp. MATCHING SPARE TIRE AND BRAND NEW HI LIFT JACK INCLUDED!!!Recently Replaced Parts: Steering gear and power stearing pump, water pump.Engine Oil changed every 6 months regardless of mileage, Coolant was flushed and changed at 150k, Diff & T-case & tranny fluid changed once a year.Missing or Damaged Parts: A/C pump went bad so I eliminated it (less drag on motor = more HPs!), Sunroof does not work. Passenger mirror taken off (I still have if you want to remount it). Radio function on stereo does not work (antenna wire?) I believe in full disclosure, so I will tell you there is an oil drip from the back of the motor. Has been doing this for past 5 years, not sure what it is, but it doesn´t lose oil level so I haven´t worried about it. The body has some dents and dings from the trail, but that just adds character! I have a front bumper (you will need to get inspected) I purchased this Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2001 from a dealer that fixes wrecked Jeeps. This Jeep was rolled on its roof when it had 63k miles on it. I viewed the Jeep in its wrecked condition, and because it had no interior damage, no damage to the engine, tranny, axles, wheels, suspension or frame (unibody) I felt that I was getting the deal of a lifetime. 1 month, four new doors and a new roof later, I had one awesome Jeep for thousands less. Details: This is a great car for around town and traveling. The ride is extremely smooth and comfortable. The car has a black leather interior and is clean. This car had one previous owner who used it an airport limousine. The car was kept well and serviced often by both of us. The engines runs fantastic and has a ton of power while the transmission was recently rebuilt. We used this car mostly for long trips even though it is a great car to drive around town. The car has 290,000 miles but runs like a dream due to being used on mostly long trips and excellent service. We are moving and don´t need an extra car at this time so we are looking to price this to sell. The car does have a current inspection. We get about 21 mpg around town and 24 mpg on trips. It has 157,400 miles. 4.9L V8 with Multi Port Fuel Injection, Just put a transmission with 60,000 miles in it. The front end is all tight and solid. New Plugs and wires. New Radiator. New Air Filter, Just changed the oil.New Oxygen Sensor.Runs very smoothly down the highway at 70-85mph. Never has it overheated. Tires are good on rear and good/fair on front. I have an extra tire to go with it that match the good ones on the rear, (Goodyear Whitewall) New Front Brake Pads and Rotors. Spare has never been used. No Rust. Radio Works, New Wiper Blades. Good Exhaust. Vinyl top is in near excellent condition. All the glass is good and all the windows work. Power trunk works, Power Am/Fm Antenne works. All computer digital display options work. Air Bag, Full Power Options, Digital Climate Control, No major damage. Was garaged kept. Original Gold Plated Keys and Owners Manual. After replacing the transmission it needs to be shifted through the gears on the coloumn. Still a very nice car. Runs great on the Interstate. Glides down the road. 200 Horse Power/275 ft/lbs of torque. MPG 15/City 24/Hwy, 4T60-E Transmision. Front Wheel Drive.
